Paloma Mejía was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1991. She studied fine arts at the National Arts University, followed by art management and curatorial studies. She received her training in sculpture and jewelry at arts et metiers private workshops in Paris, France, and perfected her traditional jewelry skills in the Buenos Aires School of Jewelry.
Mejía lives in her hometown where she works on sculpture and applies it to objects of everyday life. The artist participates in exhibitions in private galleries and public museums throughout the city. Her studio is located in Retiro, a well-known local art district.
